5.3 win96ph recommends that Players enable all available account security features, including two-factor authentication (2FA), where offered. win96ph will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel.
5.4 Any activity conducted through your Account, whether authorized by you or not, is your responsibility until you notify win96ph of unauthorized access and win96ph has had a reasonable opportunity to act on such notification.
6.1 Accepted Payment Methods. win96ph accepts deposits via the following Philippine payment methods only:

6.5 Anti-Money Laundering. win96ph is required to comply with Philippine anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. win96ph reserves the right to request documentation verifying the source of funds deposited into your Account. Failure to provide such documentation may result in account suspension and reporting to relevant authorities.
7.1 Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your name and previously used to make a deposit, or to a verified Philippine bank account or e-wallet registered in your name.
7.2 KYC Requirement. Full identity verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed. win96ph reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending satisfactory completion of KYC procedures.
7.3 Processing Times. GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within 5 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution. Processing times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

7.5 win96ph reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing any withdrawal. In cases where fraud, money laundering, or bonus abuse is suspected, win96ph may delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending investigation.
8.1 win96ph may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, which will be communicated at the time the bonus is offered.
8.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated in the specific bonus terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified timeframe will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived therefrom.
8.3 win96ph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. win96ph also reserves the right to reclaim any bonus credited in error.
8.4 Bonus Abuse. Any attempt to exploit bonuses through irregular play patterns, collusion, or any other means constitutes bonus abuse. win96ph reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings, and to suspend or close accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse.
8.5 Players may only participate in each promotion once unless otherwise stated. Participation in promotions using multiple accounts is prohibited.
9.1 All games available on win96ph use certified random number generation (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Game results are not influenced by win96ph or any third party.
9.2 Published return-to-player (RTP) rates represent theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes. Past results do not predict future results.

13.2 win96ph's total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
13.3 win96ph does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. win96ph shall not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from Platform downtime, technical errors, or security breaches beyond win96ph's reasonable control.
13.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit win96ph's liability for death or personal injury caused by win96ph's negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
14.1 Termination by Player. You may close your Account at any time by contacting win96ph customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance in your Wallet (subject to KYC verification and these Terms) will be returned to you via your registered payment method.
14.2 Termination by win96ph. win96ph reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your Account at any time, with or without notice, if: (a) you breach any provision of these Terms; (b) win96ph is required to do so by law or regulatory directive; (c) win96ph reasonably suspects fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity; or (d) win96ph ceases to operate the Platform.
14.3 Upon termination for breach, win96ph reserves the right to forfeit any balance in your Account, including any bonus funds and winnings derived from prohibited conduct.
15.1 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
15.2 Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines, or such alternative dispute resolution mechanism as win96ph may designate from time to time.
15.3 win96ph operates under the regulatory oversight of PAGCOR. Regulatory complaints may be directed to PAGCOR through its official channels.
16.1 win96ph reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Players via email or in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before taking effect, where practicable.
16.2 Your continued use of the win96ph Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account.
